Having personally experienced challenges in traditional learning environments, I understand that a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching doesn’t work. I tailor my instruction to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on cultivating strengths and addressing challenges in a supportive, constructive manner. I believe learning should be an encouraging and enjoyable process that builds confidence. This individualized and holistic approach has been central to the success of my students.
